Set up your account and business
Walk through the first settings to complete before you start taking bookings.
Where this lives
Start in Settings and work top to bottom through your business profile, contact details, delivery setup, payment setup, and public website basics.
Complete first
- Business name, phone, support email, and operating location should match what customers will see on invoices and on the website.
- Set your booking defaults before you import products or create bookings so your team does not fight the same validation rules later.
- Connect payment settings early if you plan to collect deposits or balances online.
Do not skip
- Delivery settings affect whether bookings can be quoted correctly for customers outside your main service area.
- Waiver and policy settings should be reviewed before you publish products that require customer consent.
- Website General is where you confirm branding assets, domain details, and SEO defaults before sending traffic to your public site.
