Under 5 minutes. Our onboarding wizard walks you through three steps: create your account, set up your business profile (name, address, service area), and add your first inventory items. Your professional website is live immediately.

Do I need any technical skills?

Not at all. BouncePlatform is built for rental business owners, not developers. Everything from your website to booking system works out of the box. Choose a template, upload your logo, set your colors, add your products — done.

What types of rental businesses does this work for?

Do you charge transaction fees?

We do not charge any transaction fees on top of your subscription. The only payment processing fees are Stripe's standard rates (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Your subscription covers the entire platform.

What payment methods can my customers use?

Customers pay through Stripe — credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Deposits are collected at booking, and balance payments are due before the event. All funds go directly to your Stripe account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. Your data is yours — you can export bookings, customers, and payments as CSV files before you go.

How does the booking system prevent double-bookings?

Accepted Answer

Every booking goes through real-time availability checking at the database level. Even if two customers try to book the same item at the exact same time, our system handles it atomically — no double-bookings, ever. It also supports quantity-based inventory, so if you have 3 of the same bounce house, all 3 can be booked independently.

How do digital waivers work?

After a customer pays their deposit, a waiver is automatically sent with a link to sign. Reminders go out before the event if unsigned. Customers sign with a typed or drawn signature, and the signed waiver is stored securely as a PDF. A booking cannot be marked as delivered until the waiver is signed.

Can I use my own domain name?

Absolutely. Connect your own custom domain (like www.yourbusiness.com) or use a free subdomain on bounceplatform.com. We handle SSL certificates and all the technical setup automatically.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite team members with role-based permissions — owners get full access, admins can manage bookings and inventory, and staff can view schedules and update delivery status. Each role sees exactly what they need.

What reports and analytics are available?

Your dashboard shows real-time metrics: revenue, booking trends, upcoming events, outstanding balances, and pending waivers. Detailed reports cover revenue by period, bookings by status, top products, and top customers. Export bookings, customers, or payments as CSV. Download booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts as PDFs.

We have 22 built-in email templates covering the entire lifecycle: booking confirmations, deposit receipts, balance reminders, waiver requests, delivery-day reminders, contact inquiry auto-replies, team invitations, and more. All sent automatically at the right time.

Is my business data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every tenant's data is fully isolated at the database level — no cross-business data leakage, ever. We use HTTPS everywhere, secure password hashing, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and input sanitization. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Can I export my data?

Yes. On the Pro plan, export bookings, customers, and payment records as CSV from the Reports section, and download booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts as PDFs. On the Free plan, export is not included — upgrade when you need it.
